Aurora Compliance & Engineering delivers professional mechanical engineering and management system compliance services. The business is led by Founder and Principal Consultant Luke Garland, who brings a combination of senior engineering leadership, practical design expertise and management system compliance capability.
As an experienced Mechanical Engineer, Luke’s work focuses on providing clients with high‑quality engineering support with a practical approach. His recent roles as Engineering Manager and Technical Lead on major capital works projects have strengthened his ability to oversee complex design, manufacturing and commissioning activities.
On the compliance front, Luke is a qualified Integrated Management System Lead Auditor (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001) with experience in developing and improving management systems that meet modern organisational and regulatory expectations. His background as a Quality Manager ensures that every engagement is underpinned by disciplined processes, clear documentation and practical, implementable controls.
Luke’s early career involved extensive hands‑on work with hydraulic and mechanical systems - experience that continues to shape his practical, solutions‑focused approach.
Luke works closely with each client to ensure every project meets the highest standards of engineering integrity, compliance assurance and professional practice.
